  The staff is great I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Thank you guys, but when there's a problem they have to get the manager's "ok" to solve, things change. I purchased a queen mattress with boxspring that doesn't fit my frame. I explained that the previous boxspring fit my frame without slates and I never had a problem but the one Aaron's provides is about an inch too short. The staff came out to investigate and was willing to bring the slates and apply them with no charge and no problem but the store manager Don and the regional Raphael told me it isn't there problem although I purchased the set through them, on my last payment, and I never needed slates before. Not to mention I've spent ALOT of money with them due to the leasing fees. They wouldn't even honor a discount to cover the purchase of slates. "It is" their problem if I have to run out and make purchases to modify my bed frame when I didn't have to with the previous set I owned no matter which manufacterer screwed up the sizes. I even offered to show them the other boxspring because a family member has it now, no luck. Not happy and will not make another purchase with this company.
