  Robin thinks she is a pugilist instead of a pharmacy manager. She actually tried to start a physical altercation with me by walking from behind the pharmacy partition, getting 2-3 inches from my face and yelling at me. She tried to snatch paid-for product from my hands. When I complained, the management said she was "rough around the edges." When I told them she's lucky she didn't end up on the floor, I was admonished and told that wouldn't have been right on my part. So as an employee, she has the right to act completely unprofessional but as a paying customer, accosted by her, I don't have the right to perceive the threat and take appropriate action according to CVS management.

  I go there a lot and I have had many prescriptions filled there. In the past I have not had many problems but recently I have began to have several problems filling prescriptions and with purchasing items. For instance yesterday I bought some Products one of them was a make up products when I got home it was completely the wrong color so today I went to take it back I had my receipt and it was on sale yesterday so today they told me they couldn't return it because it Products one of them was a make up products when I got home it was completely the wrong color so today I went to take it back I had my receipt and it was on sale yesterday so today they told me they couldn't return it because it was "on clearance". I had no idea it was a clearance item I was under the impression it was just on sale I asked if I could exchange the product and they told me no. I asked how was I supposed to know if it's a clearance item and that I couldn't return it if it didn't even say clearance. She responded because it has that sticker on it (the sticker just said it was on sale). I have purchased clearance items there before and the manager allowed me to exchange the item but I was aware it was a clearance item when I bought it, it was in the clearance area. This item it was in the make up area and was the only color they had. The sticker said it was on sale for 50% off. The "manager" (that I have never seen before-she must be new as I go there frequently) told me I could not even exchange it for the same brand/ type of product or receive store credit for it. I would have even exchanged for a different color but as I said that was the only color they had so it was like I just threw my money down the drain (it was only about $5 and she couldn't give me store credit?!?!) She was very unkind and didn't offer me any kind of solution she just said "I'm sorry we had can't do anything about it" which is untrue previously I was allowed to exchange my items. Also, yesterday I brought a prescription in to have it filled, the due date on the prescription was yesterday and I was told they could not feel it yesterday because last month I picked it up a few days late so I had to wait until my pick up date to get my prescription filled and not the date on which the doctor wrote the prescription for (so they go by the pick up date not the full date or even if the insurance says it's okay to fill because I would have had 2-3 pills left so they wouldn't fill it. I told them I'm going out of town then having surgery so I needed to fill it today the day it was due to be filled. They didn't care). If the doctor writes a prescription and puts the date on it, then that date (regardless of the fact that I got sick and wasn't able to pick it up until 2 to 3 days after the fill date last month) then the date the doctor writes as the fill date should be the date they fill the perception. I had to take it to another pharmacy who did fill it. I have several prescriptions and I spend a lot of money there. However, due to these events, and other recent events, I will not be going back there again and I will be changing my pharmacy!!
