  The Lowe's on on Coulter had a bad experience I had 3 employees that waited on me and it took them in between each each employee I waited about 15 minutes and neither one never returned to help us they were supposed to check on an item for me and neither one returned so we left everything there in the cart and left to the other Lowe's on Bell Street and I had two of the most wonderful gentleman to help me right off the bat his name is Thomas and Paul they were most helpful they loaded up the card and loaded my pickup, I think those other employees at the Coulter store they either need to be trained better or talk to that was my bad experience and sorry to say but there's a lot people around there that was looking for help and couldn't get any.

  Went in to get a light bulb for my oven. Stopped 1 service clerk and she called the specialist because she had no clue... the so called specialist shows up and he's so rude we just walk out. He was in a hurry and couldn't take the time to help. Too busy punching on his phone. Home depot all the way now. We will not be back.

  I needed a piece of Plexiglas cut for a window that was busted during a break in and I believe the gentleman's name was Joe but he was outstanding in helping me out from cutting to making sure I had everything I needed. Great job!
